Upstairs, everyone stays in the same room without being on top of each other. The great room runs from a sectional big enough for the whole crew straight through to a kitchen with two refrigerators and a table that seats twelve. Vaulted ceilings, windows at the peak, and a wall of glass opening onto the covered deck. Six bedrooms and six full baths mean nobody's negotiating shower times.
Downstairs is the floor that makes group trips work. A second living room with its own big-screen TV and arcade cabinet, a wet bar with a beverage fridge and microwave, a bunk room for the kids, and a slider straight out to the lower deck — where the wet swimsuits and life jackets live. When the kids want a movie and the adults want to linger over dinner, nobody has to compromise.
The water is a short walk down a private concrete path.
